    Position Summary

    As our new full-time Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for optimising highly effective, state-of-the-art treatment procedures and learning how to perform a premium hands-on manual therapy approach for musculoskeletal conditions.

    You will have an interest in learning how to manage a physiotherapy practice, while being part of a very supportive team.

    This role is best suited to a candidate who plans on being with our company for the long-term. If you can prove you have what it takes to be a high performer, you will have many opportunities to grow within our organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform high quality and premium physiotherapy services
    • Maintain a high caseload of up to 75 musculoskeletal consultations per week
    • Uphold the Optimal Health4Life Pathway Plan
    • Completion of non-clinical tasks
    • Updating and maintaining physio related company policies and procedures
    • Co-ordination of patient recalls
    • Physio team coordination and task delegation

    Key Performance Indicators

    As we strive to offer high quality and premium physiotherapy services, you will have set KPI’s to achieve. Patient satisfaction surveys and net-promoter scores will be assessed, along with patient performance scores.

    Qualifications/ Experience

    • Fully qualified and experienced physiotherapist with relevant and current registrations
    • Full unrestricted Australian working rights
    • Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
    • Excellent working knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions
    • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence
    • High level of working within a team environment

    Position Summary

    As our new administrator, you will be responsible for optimising and ensuring a high quality of customer service to all our patients.

    You will have an interest in learning how to manage a physiotherapy practice, while being part of a very supportive team.

    This role is best suited to a candidate who plans on being with our company for the long-term. If you can prove you have what it takes to be a high performer, you will have many opportunities to grow within our organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain premium customer service
    • Display high quality phone communication skills
    • Great computer literacy skills
    • Ensure the clinic is spotlessly clean and tidy
    • Ability to reconcile accounts
    • Updating and maintaining policies and procedures of the clinic
    • Admin team coordination and task delegation
    • Understand and perform internal & external marketing

    Qualifications/ Experience

    • Previous experience working in an allied health practice is preferred, but not essential
